Can I sync a canceled Amazon order to Sage Intacct?
If there is a matching order in Sage Intacct to cancel, then our software will sync a refund receipt or credit memo to Sage Intacct. If there is no canceled order in Sage Intacct, then no sync will occur for two reasons:
- When Amazon sends us a canceled order, there are no dollar amounts or customer information. Therefore, Cloud Cart Solutions cannot make an order in Sage Intacct and cancel it.
- If Cloud Cart Solutions synced a refund, then you would owe the customer money instead of negating an order.
